The treasure hunt will begin 13 days prior to Helldorado Days and will include 13 Las Vegas "Clue Stops". "Clue Stops" will consist of the Las Vegas businesses where Treasure Hunt participants must get their "Clue Cards" stamped in order to lead them to a Grand Prize of $10,000 in gold Buffalo Coins, 2nd place prize $3500 in silver awarded in a drawing on May 16, 2010 at the Helldorado Rodeo, 3rd place will be entered into a drawing for $1500.00 in silver. Our next class will be held Wed 5/5/10 from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm Concealed Weapon Class You must complete the mandated 8-hour class as the first step in applying for your permit The Las Vegas Gun Range generally holds the concealed carry class every 2 weeks. 1-DAY COURSEThis class is held on a Wednesday from 10:00 am--6:30 pm Renewals are from 2:00 pm--6:30 pm 2-DAY COURSEThis class is held on Fri. and Sat. nights It is from 4:30pm-8:30pm both nights.Renewals are held on the Sat. nightFrom 4:00pm-8:30pm Please see our staff for the next available course best suited for you ! The cost of the course is $100.00, paid to the Las Vegas Gun Range. After completing the class and you qualify on the range with your gun(s), you will go the Sheriff's fingerprint bureau within 120 days with the completed paperwork and pay the administrative fee of $100.25. To process your paperwork and receive your license takes the state approx. 45- 120 days. Once received, it honored for 5 years. You must own a handgun that is registered in your name with L.V. Metro. The serial number from the weapon will be filed with the state for your permit. You may qualify with 2 guns for the original fee. Every gun after that, add $10.00. Reservations must be made in advance Utah You may add the required signed application to apply for your Utah permit for $20.00 Afterwards you will send the completed paperwork, fingerprints, photos and fees to the Utah office.
